Deborah H. Davis, MD Biography

Dr. Davis is a native North Carolinian who graduated with the first class of women at Davidson College. She graduated from University of North Carolina Medical School, where she was President of her Medical Class. She completed her residency at University of South Carolina Medical School.

After two years of practicing medicine in Alaska, she settled in Auburn, Washington (near Seattle) where she practiced medicine for 12 years. She returned to North Carolina in 1998 to join Burke Primary Care.

She is Board Certified in Family Practice and Adolescent medicine. She has 3 children, loves sports (especially soccer, having coached travel teams in the past.), teenagers (and the challenges of raising them and caring for them), and gardening.

Dr. Davis officially retired in October of 2024.
